Peperami - 108% pork???

Whilst munching my way through a peperami i happened upon the ingredients. "Pork (108%)". I feel i'm justified to ask how? How exactly do you get 108% of something? My quest starts here but alas at work i cannot search the joyous world of the internet so i will have to wait till i get home.
